Benefits procedures

Veterans who enroll at CSU expecting to use Veterans Affairs Education Benefits must apply for benefits through CSU's Office of Veterans Affairs. You must complete and submit the following forms to initiate VA education benefits:

1. Application for VA Benefits (pick up at CSU's Veterans Affairs office )
   If done on-line (http://www.gibill.va.gov/) , please bring a copy of submission to CSU's VA
   Success Center
2. CSU's basic data sheet (PDF)
3. CSU's VA checklist (PDF)
4. A copy of DD 214 (if appropriate)
5. A copy of the letter of "Eligibility" from VA
6. A printable detail class schedule is needed each semester and if any changes are made
   (drop/add) during the semester.
7. A signed advisor's approval form (PDF)
